Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
  • Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit wordanscanada.com and log in to your account
  2. Navigate to “Order History” and select the item(s) for return
  3. Complete the return request form
  4. You’ll receive approval and return instructions within 2 business days

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method—we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our errors).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size issues only, subject to stock availability.
  • If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged/Defective Items

Contact us immediately if you receive damaged or defective items. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if applicable.

International Returns

  • International customers cover all return shipping costs and customs fees.
  • Refunds exclude original shipping charges and import taxes.

Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Clearance/sale items
  • Customized/personalized products
  • Underwear, swimwear, and hygiene-sensitive items
